All those things you tell yourself you should be doing; Working out. Praying. Reading. Cooking instead of ordering out. Talking to the people you love. Turning off your phone and going outside to sit in the grass with your shoes off…whatever those things you tell yourself you should be doing instead of what you are doing are…give whatever that regimen is 7 days. Do those things like your life depends on it. Do those things like that’s all there is to do. Also take note of the things you are doing that are preventing you from doing the things you think you should do, and stop doing those things. Just for 7 days. I guarantee you will not regret it.
