"Who put canned laughter into my crucifixion scene?" - Charles Simic
Spencer-read it this morning.Really good stuff. The best compliment I can give is that your poetry is distinguishable from the bulk of other verse being published in the small presses.
Mr. Major: Thank you sir. From one of the most innovative 'small press' poets out there, that's a huge compliment.
Okay Spencer!!! This is Shelton just showing some love on your blog. Keep up the work!!!!
i would pay for writing like this.
Shelton: Thanks for stopping by! Mr. Collins: I'd be more than happy to take your money. The Ghost of Maya Angelou is welcome to make a donation as well.
Spencer. I would email you this. But I don't know how. If you can, submit something to SIR! I need the goods and you've got them. email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.orgCongrats on the new book. I like to cover. I will read it on Friday.
Good job Spencer. The style is po-mo, but there is a firm humanism underlying it all. And the poems are fun, tongue in cheek. I like 'Famous Haircuts' and 'Climate Change' the best. Pint on me.
