As always, Cheney lurking in the background with mischief written on his face. But I don't want to spoil the mood/atmosphere of the day. We've got a wild ride coming up--and its already here!
And he's even wearing that black fedora. All he needs is a black cape and a long, twirly moustache and he could be a villain in any number of silent movies from the thirties.
When I saw him in that wheelchair I was like, "Darth Vader meets Dr. Strangelove." Thing about that guy is he probably chuckled to himself when he looked in the mirror.
From what I read, you're right about how Cheney feels about his image. Apparently he relishes the liberal perception of him as an 'evil arch conservative', and plays it up when he can. It's funny.
