It was actually Woody Allen movies that got me into jazz. I had passively explored the form with a handful of CD purchases prior to Woody's movies (Harry Connick's 'She', Miles Davis' 'Milestones', Bela Fleck's greatest hits, and Louis Armstrong's 'What a Wonderful World'), but the way jazz played into the world that Woody created really lit my wick. And now, here we are.
